We started in 1991. I was a lawyer. Kay a legal secretary. We decided to give business a try and bought a small cantina on PCH. I couldn't cook and wasn't all that good at running the things (luckily Kay was). Having my dad's knack for connecting with customers, they helped me learn that most people like what we like - a friendly trusted place that offers good quality stuff at a really fair price. So that became our focus. And we haven’t wavered since.
