
In a blender, mix the tomatoes, oregano, garlic powder and salt. Mix in (don't blend) the cilantro, habanero chili, serrano chili and onions - and you are ready to go.
4-5 lb roasted tomatoes
(or if you're feeling lazy, use two 28oz cans of whole peeled tomatoes) 1 diced serrano chili
1/4 - 1/2 diced habanero chili
1/2 chopped onions
chopped cilantro (to taste)
oregano (to taste)
salt (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
