Making mole takes hours and hours to do. It's a labor of love. If you want to give it try, this video shows you how we do it:
Mexican Chocolate (Abuelita) - 1/2 piece
Chile Ancho (dry) - 10 ea
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Tomatoes - 2 ea
Tomatillos - 5 ea
Onions - 1/2 ea
White Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Bread Crumbs - 2 tsp (the more you add, the thicker it is)
Ground Cinnamon - to taste
Brown Sugar - to taste
Cloves - 1 tbsp
Cumin - to taste
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper - to taste
Oil (olive and/or canola) - 1/4 cup
